Step 1: Define your needs
by allowing us to serve as your Administrative Business Coaches.
During this process,
you will meet with one or both of our Administrative Business
Coaches (quarterly or on an as-needed basis) to fine-tune what you
would like to accomplish in the next quarter (and long-term during
your first defining meeting).
After defining exactly
what you would like to accomplish, we then work with you to
determine exactly what needs to be done to meet your goals and
tasks, and set dates of execution and delivery. After detailing what
needs to be accomplished, as well as establishing if the task is
assigned to JERPAT or you, we then help you attain your goals and
stay accountable to targeted tasks.

Clients, these meetings, which are valued at $65/meeting, are
complimentary!
Step 2: Release project
responsibility to your assigned Project Manager.
You will have a
dedicated project manager that you will communicate with on all
project needs. Your project manager will take the task list and
ensure that each task is completed by the target date, with no
required reminders or worries from you. Your project manager will
keep you up-to-date on your project progress, relieving you of your
need to manage assigned tasks. We’ll take care of managing and
completing the project for you.
Step 3: Receive your
deliverable. On or before the outlined date of completion, your
project will be returned.
